ALKE Construction whose name has been around in the press for the Melen Drinking Water Project with Bosphorus Crossing via Tunnel, has put her hands on a big investment project which will be noted both in Turkey and abroad.  Within the scope of this project, ALKE has established two facilities for manufacturing composite rotor blades and steel towers in its 63,000 sqm of land in Cigli Ataturk Industrial Zone.

“The Esref Atalay Factory” named after their grandfather, ALKE will deliver the first 15 composite rotor blades in February, exporting them to Fuji of Japan who has been known to own Subaru cars.  The blades will be used for the 2 MW turbines.  The other deliveries will follow in due course.

ALKEG who is a subsidiary of ALKE Construction Inc. offers complete solutions to domestic and international windfarm developers in rotor blades, steel towers manufacturing as well as installation & maintenance and infrastructure construction of windfarms.  Within this scope, ALKEG has installed 17 turbines in Bergama with 2.5 MW turbines, and 15 turbines in Didim Akbuk region with 2.1 MW turbines.

As always have been, both ALKEG and ALKE will continue to add value to what they do and create job opportunities, and promote Turkey’s export sales.  In two years, the group is expected of a high international praise.
